Four new primary school classrooms built in 2025

At the request of the Directeur Régional de l’Education Primaire du Nord and Global NEEED, BFGEF funded the construction of an additional four classrooms and a well at a public primary school in Ouahigouya.  Because of the influx of villagers into Ouahigouya, fleeing terrorist attacks in their villages, and the government’s commitment to keep children in school, class size had grown to 212 children per class.  The new classrooms enable the government to reduce class size to 90 per class
